When I first put up Distance Learning on the Net™ in May 1995 its purpose was to provide a listing of quality distance learning resources on the Internet. In 1995 there were very few distance learning sites, today, there are thousands of excellent resources -- but the issue remains the same: "How do I find the distance education class, college, program or resource that I need?"

And if I'm an educator or trainer looking for Distance Learning tools and resources, where are they found?

What are my credentials in Distance Education? My Ph.D is in Continuing and Vocational Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and I have more than 24 years experience in distance learning, program and curriculum development, instructional design, training and so forth. In addition, I have more than 7 years experience as a Webmaster, Web Designer, and MIS Professional.
